NAI Spring’s property management division will be merging with Brookwood Management Company to form the largest full-service asset and property management provider in the area. The new Brookwood Management will service the region’s multi-family, senior living facility, commercial, and receivership management needs. The strength and history of these two firms creates an even stronger presence being joined by affiliated groups NAI Spring, as a commercial real estate brokerage, and Lemmon & Lemmon, as a developer. Collectively, the groups employ more than 500 employees in Ohio with anticipated growth to 600+ employees in the next few years. The merger will take several months and is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
