Carol Enters List Company (CELCO), was founded in 1981 by Ms. Enters, a vanguard leader of the nonprofit direct mail fundraising community. Led by owners Barbara Sims and Dottie Parham, CELCO has built a strong client base while establishing a solid reputation for superior service and sound, knowledgeable fundraising expertise.
