With two locations in Shenandoah, Texas and The Woodlands, Texas, our Specialty Hospital offers ICU and ICU step-down settings for patients beginning their recovery process.\n\nNexus Neurorecovery Center(formerly Touchstone), located in Conroe, Texas, offers neurobehavioral rehabilitation ranging from short-term to life-care programs. Providing comprehensive treatment, our center meets the physical, cognitive, behavioral, and vocational needs of residents with neurological diagnoses.
