Tellepsen recently completed the modernization and remodeling of the fifty-two year old Hermann Professional Building located in the Houston Medical Center. The scope of the work included extensive remodeling of all floors , removal and replacement of the building's roof , windows , mechanical , electrical , plumbing and elevator systems along with the addition of a fire alarm and automatic fire sprinkler system.
