Tellepsen recently completed the modernization and remodeling of the fifty-two year old Hermann Professional Building located in the Houston Medical Center. The scope of the work included extensive remodeling of all floors , removal and replacement of the building's roof , windows , mechanical , electrical , plumbing and elevator systems along with the addition of a fire alarm and automatic fire sprinkler system. The modernization project was completed on schedule in fifteen months and within budget while the medical office building continued in full operation without disruption to daily operations , medical tenants or patient services.
