VDS focusses on creating effective Information and Document workflow solutions for our clients. Many firms talk about creating the â??paperlessâ?? office but we think it is more realistic to focus on becoming â??less dependentâ?? on paper. We help our clients do that by making it easier and more reliable to store and retrieve electronic information.\n \nOur approach is typically, but not always, to enter into an â??outsourcingâ?? partnership and provide the onsite management of the Office Services and Records operation. We then work with our clients to design:\n\n1. Scanning and profiling workflows to populate electronic repositories;\n\n2. Search methods that improve the ability to find electronic data from all repositories;\n\n3.
