KPM Franklin (previously known as Franklin Hart & Reid) was formed in 1995 to provide quality Civil Engineering and Surveying services to private, federal, state, county, and municipal clients. We currently also offer Transportation, Planning, Program Management and Government Relations services. Serving the entirety of the State of Florida from centralized locations, our corporate headquarters is located in Kissimmee, Florida with an additional office location near Orlando International Airport. We have a diverse staff of over 55 employees that includes engineers, planners, surveyors, technicians and specialists.
