We currently also offer Transportation, Planning, Program Management and Government Relations services. Serving the entirety of the State of Florida from centralized locations, our corporate headquarters is located in Kissimmee, Florida with an additional office location near Orlando International Airport. We have a diverse staff of over 55 employees that includes engineers, planners, surveyors, technicians and specialists. KPM Franklin?s bottom-up management approach allows all team members to constructively contribute to every step of a project from conception to completion.
