The Louisiana Public Health Institute (LPHI) is an independent 501(c)(3) organization established in 1997. We are part of a growing movement of public health institutes in America. Our mission is to promote and improve the health and quality of life in Louisiana through public-private partnering at the community, parish and state levels.
