Our Vision: healthy families and healthy neighborhoods, with high performing schools, social and economic stability, and an ethnically and culturally diverse community where people are reconciled to God, self, and others. Our Approach: We believe individual and community transformation requires a relational and holistic approach. Therefore, we engage neighbors and meet needs in our community, which provide pathways to develop authentic relationships.
