The Utah Legislature allocates Custom Fit funds each year to encourage companies to pursue training that will maintain and grow Utah's businesses and economy. Custom Fit can subsidize up to 40% of your training costs! Private Training, through ECOE, provides comprehensive workforce training, development, and resources, allowing your company to align its training needs with your business goals and objectives. Whether your company needs to train one or 100 employees, our Private Training programs can assist you.
