One of the programs ECOE offers is Custom Fit. Custom Fit Training provides flexible and customized training to businesses in Davis and Morgan counties. This unique program offers the benefit of state-of-the-art training and development, customized to meet specific business needs, at an affordable cost. The Utah Legislature allocates Custom Fit funds each year to encourage companies to pursue training that will maintain and grow Utah's businesses and economy. Custom Fit can subsidize up to 40% of your training costs! Private Training, through ECOE, provides comprehensive workforce training, development, and resources, allowing your company to align its training needs with your business goals and objectives. Whether your company needs to train one or 100 employees, our Private Training programs can assist you.
