We specialize in municipal infrastructure design, building design, land planning and development, onsite waste water systems, land surveying, environmental and biological consulting, regulatory permit processing, and construction monitoring. Established in Chico, CA in 1983, we have a staff of over 30 professionals including civil engineers, architects, land surveyors, environmental planners, biologists, technicians, and 5 LEED accredited professionals. We have engineers and surveyors licensed in California, Oregon, and Nevada allowing us to assist our clients with projects in neighboring states.
