NorthStar is a multi-disciplinary engineering, architectural, surveying, planning and environmental firm. We specialize in municipal infrastructure design, building design, land planning and development, onsite waste water systems, land surveying, environmental and biological consulting, regulatory permit processing, and construction monitoring. Established in Chico, CA in 1983, we have a staff of over 30 professionals including civil engineers, architects, land surveyors, environmental planners, biologists, technicians, and 5 LEED accredited professionals. We have engineers and surveyors licensed in California, Oregon, and Nevada allowing us to assist our clients with projects in neighboring states. NorthStar is a values based company with a TEAMCENTRIC approach to every project. We are always LEARNING and seeking a better way to do our jobs and meet the needs of our clients. More than just consultants, we are partners with our clients, agencies and the community...taking OWNERSHIP of our work, performance, and the success of all our endeavors.
