Fuku is a casual chicken concept by Chef David Chang's Momofuku Group. Originally started in 2015 as a fried chicken sandwich joint in Manhattan's East Village, Fuku has since grown to serve a variety of chicken and seasonal offerings, along with beer, slushies, and more. Fuku currently has locations in New York City and Miami.
Guided by many of the same principles that Momofuku was founded on, Fuku is focused on offering guests approachable, tasty food that draws from cultures around the world.
