Our programming affords students the exposure, access and acumen they will need ascend to the highest levels of leadership in business and society. Through rigorous, hands-on exploration of economics, entrepreneurship, design thinking, technology and justice, young people acquire the skill-sets and mindsets required to lead, own and operate businesses and create wealth for their families and communities. Our partner companies provide paid internships to our students in high school and college and help us fulfill our guarantee of employment to all students who complete our program and graduate from college. Scholars who stay with us are guaranteed employment with a partner company upon college graduation and will be equipped with the savvy, knowledge, and relationships to successfully assume the highest levels of leadership.
