Tradition Fine Foods Ltd. is a market leader in "thaw and serve" baking technology. Founded in 1982, Tradition is a 2nd generation family owned business. We develop and produce high quality sweet goods including thaw ‘N sell, proof and bake and freezer to oven frozen for: - Contract Manufacturing - Private Label - Retail - Foodservice Tradition's products are produced in a World Class 105,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility built in 2003. We have highly automated continuous process lines which have capacity for: - 28,000 2.5 oz muffins/hr - 18,000 2.5 oz croissants/hr - 26,000 1 oz cookies/hr - 6,000 lbs/hr Pastry Tradition has a wide range of products and capabilities.
