The firm was founded in 1976 by Mr. Gene Reed, who has been a respected member of the Houston construction community since the 1950's. In 1991, Gene asked Terry Early to join the company to spearhead its growth and to diversify its product types. Utilizing his previous experience as CEO and president of two major construction companies, Terry began gathering a group of talented construction professionals with backgrounds in various product types in which he and Gene anticipated growth in the marketplace.
