Dominion Aviation is a full service Fixed Base Operator (FBO) located in Richmond, Virginia at the Chesterfield County Airport (KFCI). Founded in 1983 as an aircraft management and charter company (formally named Old Dominion Air Charter), Dominion Aviation took over the fixed base operation at the Chesterfield County Airport in 1991 when the County decided to privatize the operation and awarded the contract to the company. Dominion Aviation provides a range of FBO services including Aircraft Refueling, Aircraft Maintenance, Aircraft Management and Charter, Pilot Flight Training, Aircraft Rental, and Hangar Leasing.
