What Is Dominion Aviation Services?
Dominion Aviation is a full service Fixed Base Operator (FBO) located in Richmond, Virginia at the Chesterfield County Airport (KFCI). Founded in 1983 as an aircraft management and charter company (formally named Old Dominion Air Charter), Dominion Aviation took over the fixed base operation at the Chesterfield County Airport in 1991 when the County decided to privatize the operation and awarded the contract to the company. Dominion Aviation provides a range of FBO services including Aircraft Refueling, Aircraft Maintenance, Aircraft Management and Charter, Pilot Flight Training, Aircraft Rental, and Hangar Leasing. We strive to excel in customer service in whatever service we are providing. Keeping our customers safe and satisfied is our number one priority. Meticulous and constant attention to all customer needs is an integral part of our service. Dominion Aviation is a member of the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA), National Air Transportation Association (NATA), and the Virginia Aviation Business Association (VABA).
