We undertake internationally acclaimed research and teaching to improve the primary care that GP practices deliver. Our research rethinks the way that healthcare is delivered to people, helping them to manage their own health and reduce the numbers that need to be admitted to hospital. This improves patient's independence and well-being, as well as dramatically reducing the cost to the NHS.
