LSR Group is an open-joint company, and owns 100% of its subsidiaries. In November, 2007 OJSC LSR Group held initial public offering (IPO) and became a public company – today its GDRs are traded on the London Stock Exchange and its ordinary shares are traded on MICEX-RTS.
