As set forth in the Articles of Incorporation, the Corporation is organized and operated exclusively for charitable, and educational purposes in accordance with Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (or a corresponding provision of any future United States Internal Revenue law, referred to below as the “Code”).
