Zotos is wholly owned by the Shiseido International Corporation, a subsidiary of Shiseido Co., Ltd. of Tokyo, Japan, an international giant and manufacturer of fine fragrances, skincare and cosmetics that purchased the company from the Conair Corporation in 1988. By acquiring Zotos, Shiseido entered the U.S. professional beauty salon market, thus adding more depth to Zotos extensive research and development arena.
