Coastal Television Broadcasting Company is engaged in the operation and acquisition of television broadcasting stations located in mid-to-small sized markets. Coastal owns and operates KTBY, the FOX Broadcast affiliate in Anchorage, AK. Coastal also provides advertising sales and other services under arrangements with KIMO (the ABC affiliate) and KWBX-DT (the CW Plus affiliate) in Anchorage, AK. Under an agreement between Coastal and the owner of KATN and KWFA-DT in Fairbanks, and KJUD and KWJA-DT in Juneau, Coastal provides certain of the stations' non-network programming. KATN and KJUD are the ABC affiliates in Fairbanks and Juneau, respectively. KWFA-DT and KWJA-DT are the CW Plus affiliates in Fairbanks and Juneau, respectively.
