Young Professionals for Economic Development of Humboldt County is a non-profit, all volunteer organization offering its members a way to link their personal passions with professional ambitions and encouraging members to get involved and make a difference by becoming active participants in the professional, civic and social aspects of their city. Young Professionals for Economic Development's mission is to bring young professionals together to develop a more vibrant economic environment in Humboldt County. YEPD provides networking, training and development, and volunteering opportunities that attract and retain talented, educated, and ambitious young professionals in our community.
