What Is Yoga Loft?
Yoga studio is in west SFValley. We have been oen for 10 yrs. We offer Yoga for every body. Victoria Nichols the owner, has been practicing Yoga for 35 years and teaching for 25. Her primary influence is Iyengar style, she feels that focusing the mind on the body not only hlps to prevent injuries but also to train the mind. Victoria has lead Yoga vacations teaches Yoga @ CSUN and has an M.S. in Therapeutic Recreation. Yoga is a work "in" rather than a work "out". We look forward to practicing with you .
