YMCA Australia Revenue and Competitors

In Australia, the YMCA is made up of 24 Member Associations supporting over 741 communities in the areas of Healthy Living, Empowering Young People and Social Impact. Wherever the Y is, we strive to make a positive difference by providing each and every person opportunity to be healthy, happy and connected. We have over 12,000 staff across the country and around 4,000 volunteers, who are the backbone of the YMCA. Each year we record 30 million participations in our programs and services across the country! The majority of these are in the healthy living space — with 20 million participations in our health clubs and 4.3 M swimming lessons a year! Just over 1 million participations are recorded in our youth specific programs and another 1 million in our camping programs. And we have almost 3 million participations in our children's services including kindergartens, early learning centres, outside school hours care and vacation care.
