Working in collaboration with healthcare professionals, medical device companies and academic institutions, we provide various routes to market for inventions in the orthopaedic and sports medicine fields; whether via our Neoligaments brand, our client's own brand, or Xiros links with global medical device companies. Originally incorporated as Neoligaments in 1982, and providing innovative textile-based implantable scaffolds to the sports medicine and orthopaedic markets, the company name was changed to Xiros in 2000 to reflect the widening scope of our business activities. Alongside the services we offer to others in the medical field as Xiros, we continue to design, manufacture and market our own product range under the Neoligaments brand. First winning the Queen's Award for Enterprise in 2008, Xiros was delighted to achieve this prestigious accolade for a second time in 2016. We are proud to have held the esteemed Investors in People Standard since July 2000, and achieved Investors in People Gold Standard Accreditation in March 2016: an accomplishment which underlines the people-oriented values upon which our company is built.
