Established in 1893, Writtle University College (WUC) has been producing leaders in the land-based industries and organisations for over 120 years.\n\nWUC is one of the oldest specialist institutions in the UK and offers a range of land-based, design and sport courses at various levels of academic study including Postgraduate, Undergraduate, Further Education, Short Courses and Apprenticeships. We also provide students with the options of being able to study certain courses on a part-time basis.\n\nWrittle provides courses in a number of subject areas covering Animal and Equine Sciences, Bioveterinary Science, Countryside and Environment, Global Ecosystem Management, Horticulture, Agriculture, Floristry, Sport, Veterinary Nursing and Veterinary Physiotherapy. Not only this, but WUC also offers unique and specialist Design related courses, including Landscape Architecture, Garden Design and Art and Design.\n\nWrittle has a well-established international reputation with students studying here from over 50 nations currently, and with many of its past students now working, many in senior positions, in over 100 nations worldwide.\n\nWUC provides students with a range of facilities and resources that are used to enhance their learning experience.
