What Is Wooster?
Wooster is an all-in-one platform for organizing and closing your revenue opportunities. We started Wooster because we were frustrated with the current options to keep track of conversations with our customers, more effectively engage with potential new customers, and grow our revenue. We felt like every solution we saw made the process more complicated. We wanted to talk more, type less, and feel like our software was assisting us rather than adding a tedious step to an already busy workday. The idea to create a new system from the ground-up was born when I woke up in the middle of the night in a panic. I forgot to follow up with someone and had a proposal to a prospective client still in my inbox. I was frustrated at myself for potentially missing this opportunity. I had missed a critical follow up and only had myself to blame. However, I started to think about how I must not be the only person with this problem. I thought there had to be a better solution to remind and help me work smarter. I simple was not working with a system that was intuitive and organized enough to give me peace of mind - I was literally losing sleep over lost opportunity.
