We did this so our team can enjoy the benefits of working remote while participating in the social, collaborative, and purpose driven teamwork that takes place in an office.\n\nWe also reduced the tedious tasks that other processors have to deal with day in and day out. Our team approach also means we can shift workload around so that no one ends up with more than they can handle or capacity they can’t maintain.\n\nOur team members come first.
