Warren & Panzer Engineers, P.C., a Professional Corporation, has, from its inception in 1987 as an environmental engineering firm, been a single source provider of environmental consulting, analytical laboratory and training services, providing a full range of environmental, facility and engineering services. New York Environmental Training Institute, Inc. is our Training Center, which conducts one of the largest asbestos and lead training programs in the Northeastern United States. Since 1997 we have conducted our training under the name New York Environmental Training Institute, Inc. Prior to that training was conducted under the auspices of NYU's Real Estate Institute. The program is fully sanctioned by the US EPA, NYSDOH and NYCDEP and offers an extensive environmental training program including over one hundred courses fulfilling the needs of both public and private sector clients. WKP Laboratories, Inc. is our New York State ELAP and NVLAP approved asbestos analytical laboratory providing services to the public and private sectors. Our in-house laboratory is staffed with professionals insuring the client receives precise and prompt testing results.
