Ward and Smith, P.A. is the successor to a practice founded in New Bern, North Carolina, in 1895. Our firm comprises more than 60 attorneys and more than 160 support staff members who serve clients locally, regionally, nationally, and internationally from offices in Greenville, New Bern, Raleigh, and Wilmington.
