Waikato District Health Board (DHB) is situated in the central North Island of New Zealand and plans, funds and provides health and disability support services to a population of more than 390,000, covering more than 21,000 square kilometres. It is 1 of 20 DHBs in New Zealand with a region that combines community and rural life all the way from northern Coromandel right close to Mt Ruapehu in the south, and from Raglan on the west coast to Waihi on the east.
