We are designers & manufacturers of the world's first completely wireless building energy management system, aimed at making Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS) available to a wider market. There were a number of restricting factors that deterred estate owners from implementing BEMS into their property, including the down-time & labour cost involved in cabling a traditional system, the expensive development cost attached to specialist BEMS engineers, the lack of suitability in a retro-fit environment and the lack of scalability. Our system has been developed using disruptive technology, aimed at removing each of these barriers and achieving between 15—30% energy savings across our portfolio of customers.
