Volunteers of America Oregon (VOA) nurtures, uplifts, and empowers the most vulnerable members of our community – from those struggling with addiction or seeking to flee domestic violence to abused and neglected children and the frail elderly. Since 1896, it has been our mission to change lives by promoting self-determination, building strong communities, and standing for social justice.
