Our project training includes: VMA orientation, client overview, project specific training, product knowledge, software training, customer service training, role playing, monitoring, coaching feedback, "test call" training, digitally recorded review of live calls, and ongoing program specific training. VMA maintains a database of Business Development Specialists to staff our clients' programs. Through our recruiting network, we are able to attract Specialists that have previous business experience. This includes displaced or reentry professionals, early retirees, and small business owners. These unique backgrounds provide VMA with a solid base of professional skills that enhance our program results. The Specialists are selected to work on various programs by matching the background and skills of the individual with the program. For example, those skilled in sales are selected for lead generation programs. VMA provides a professional and flexible work environment with the latest technology.
