Randy arrived in Lake California in 1995 and the Vintage Realty office was opened in the strip mall on the comer of Lake California Dr. and Chimney Rock where it abides to this day. In 1995 Randy took over Vintage Realty as the designated broker and has since sold hundreds of lots and homes in Lake California. Randy has worked with contractors, investors and small speculation builders to promote and build many custom homes and speculation homes since. Michelle has many years of Real Estate Sales experience and is a third generation realtor in Lake California; a specialist in both residential and lots. Again, like her father Randy, Michelle has had a long & successful career in International Business & Customer Service. Michelle is bi-lingual, fluent in the German language. Darren Harvey is Michelle's Husband and Randy's Son-In-Law and has recently joined Vintage Realty as a Realtor selling homes and lots. Darren graduated college with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. He has over 25 years of international experience in Jewelry Retail and Customer Service. From retail sales to diamond buying in Antwerp and Tel Aviv to an executive position with the largest privately held jeweler in the world. He also owned his own Retail Consulting Company, Focused on small to medium sized businesses & helping them achieve their goals of growth and financial strength. But Darren fell in love with Northern California almost 2 decades ago and is proud to call Lake California home.
