Victor Michael Estate Agents can trace its origins back to 1988, when the company was originally founded by Mr Victor Khatri. Since then the company has grown to become one of the longest serving independent estate agents in East London and the county of Essex. The company have a network of four strategically located estate agency branch offices, that are dedicated to serve our clients and the local communities needs in Stratford, Leytonstone, Canning Town and Woodford Green. We provide a bespoke service for Residential and Commercial Sales and Lettings, Property Management and Block Management services. We are also fully accredited members of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA) and The Guild of Professional Estate Agents. We also subscribe to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) and The Safe Agent endorsement mark, protecting landlords & Tenants money by client protection insurances. The company has built its reputation by providing true customer satisfaction, this in turn has provided our business with organic growth with sound and positive client recommendation over a period of many years. Victor Michael are a forward thinking business and with this in mind, we have invested heavily in modern technology. This is reflected by our internal infrastructure, which we believe is at the forefront of modern property software and technology in our market place. Our unique marketing strategies are a key element of our ability to reach the largest possible audience to help sell or rent our clients properties. We utilise the largest property internet portals and platforms to achieve this. Our comprehensive marketing service does not stop there, we will always use all traditional direct marketing campaigns to achieve a successful outcome, by going that extra mile.
