The Collective Revenue and Competitors

The Collective is pioneering a new way of living together. Combining shared spaces with a communal mindset, co-living allows people to live in a place they're proud to call home, with the convenience of serviced living, a diverse community of people to connect with, and events to broaden their horizons and develop their skills. We are creating a new living experience where people can come together, collaborate, learn and grow. The concept was developed by Reza Merchant, who saw the struggle to find affordable and good quality accommodation in London and recognised that people increasingly want flexibility and homes that suit their lifestyle. Launching the world's largest and the UK's only co-living building in May 2016, The Collective Old Oak, we are now looking to grow and explore how we can create wonderful homes and inform London's living standards. We believe that the world needs a new way to live, and we're passionate about making that happen.
