Lifeworks Consultant Provide employee assistance services, resource and referrals and consultation via telephone on various EAP and work/life issues to military service members and their families Conduct a comprehensive professional assessment of the user's need for core Worklife and / or EAP services: childcare, parenting, eldercare, education, general research, legal, financial, emotional well being, addiction disorders, work issues, and add-on services. Choose appropriate resources, referrals and educational materials. Demonstrate strong customer focus with all users of the service. Monitor all research, referrals, and additional materials sent to users. Conduct follow up and quality assurance on all cases. Monitors all research, referrals, and additional materials sent to users/customers. Based on business needs, may be asked to take on special projects as requested.
