Founded in 1986, Valcourt has grown from a single operating company in the Washington, DC, area to a successful and highly respected $50+ million company. Our growth has been well planned and well financed, providing us with financial stability second to none in the industry. Each office is managed by a highly experienced general manager and fully staffed with safety, compliance, field workers, sales, administrative and customer service personnel. Our size allows us to provide our clients with benefits in the areas of safety, risk management, insurance, personnel depth, organizational structure and financial strength that most other companies cannot offer. Each office reports to our corporate headquarters in Arlington, VA, where our accounting, information technology, and insurance management functions are performed. This relieves the local branches of these duties, allowing them to focus on providing superior customer service, quality and safety. Valcourt protects clients with a comprehensive Insurance package unmatched in our industry. Aside from the normal and statutory required workers compensation insurance, general liability and automotive liability, we have excess liability insurance coverage with aggregate limits of $11 million. Our success in securing such comprehensive insurance is directly related to our Risk Management and Safety and Training Programs. Our workforce includes Regional Safety Managers, as well as a Corporate Risk Manager. They develop, implement and audit our many safety and training programs. As a company we are very active in both local and national real estate associations relating to our businesses. Our involvement allows us to be proactive regarding many industry issues, while keeping us in the forefront of new laws, standards, products and services that affect our clients' properties. Overall, we are guided by our Vision and our principles of how to treat our employees and clients.
