As the UK and European market leaders in specialist property and site management, we look after approximately 50,000 units at any one time, with a value of over £5 billion, covering both commercial and residential sectors. The top FTSE insurance, security and property companies select VPS to take care of their vacant property requirements, and we also partner 850 social housing providers, helping to turn 20,000 vacant properties into homes for new tenants every year. With a network of over 40 Service Centres throughout the UK and Ireland our speed of response and expertise in security means that from the minute a property becomes vacant, we are available to clear it, protect it, monitor it and prepare it for reoccupancy. Starting with an initial risk assessment devised in conjunction with the key insurers VPS offer a range of security solutions including guarding, inspections, remotely monitored alarms, CCTV towers, protection by occupation through VPS guardians, and property preparation services from clearing and cleaning to ongoing maintenance such as pest control, lock changes and glazing services. This combined expertise helps protect against unauthorised access and a variety of threats such as arson, theft and squatting, whilst helping to ensure the property complies with insurance requirements. Our ongoing commitment to providing state of the art products developed by our in-house Innovation Centre, and our emphasis on outstanding customer service provides our customers with peace of mind that their property or site is safe and secure - helping to retain its value for as long as it is entrusted in our hands.
