VPS operates a global network of customer service offices, supported round-the-clock by technical experts. VPS has four ISO 17025-accredited, wholly-owned fuel testing laboratories located in Rotterdam (RvA, L096), Singapore (SAC-SINGLAS, LA-2014-0573-A), Houston (A2LA, 2744.01) and Fujairah (DAC, LB-336-TEST). Our bunker quantity surveys are available at all key international ports.
