What Is Urban Gourmet India?

Located in the heart of Mumbai's mill lands, Masque is a restaurant focused on using regional produce to create seasonal menus with international flair. An agrarian nation as vibrant and rich as ours has much to offer. Infusing India's abundant produce with unique ideas and innovations, we hope to create dishes that not only surprise, but always delight. The menu is driven and inspired by what our farmers and purveyors offer on a daily basis. Our philosophy of being indigenous means we follow climatic changes very closely. Seasons affect produce, and so it's only natural that our menu changes as the seasons do. This ensures that our food uses only the highest quality ingredients and reflects the relationship Masque shares with the soil and the farmers - something we believe will also reflect in your meal. With each menu, we hope to allow guests to explore new experiences using unusual ingredients, all while enjoying one of the most elementary pleasures of life: good food.
