Founded in 1785, the University of Georgia is the nation's first state chartered university and the birthplace of American public higher education. The College of Engineering is proud to be a part of UGA's distinguished heritage as well as a dynamic part of the University's future. Bulldog Engineers can choose from 15 undergraduate and graduate degree programs in agricultural, biochemical, biological, civil, computer systems, electrical, environmental and mechanical engineering. In addition, the college offers several unique dual degree programs including an engineering/MBA dual degree. The College of Engineering is one of the fastest growing programs at UGA and one of the fastest growing public colleges of engineering in the nation.
