In 1973, Phillip B. Goode formed University Title Company as an aid to his law practice. His daughter, Celia Goode-Haddock, was the manager of the company and in 1984 she and her partners purchased the agency from her father. Their concern is to make each and every transaction as smooth and as swift as possible, always expertly tending to the details inherent in any successful real estate closing. For years, the firm has been an active leader in the local community, regularly contributing time and financial support to a number of important charities.
