What Is UniverCITY?
UniverCITY is a real estate service that helps recent college graduates and young professionals find apartments in New York City while simultaneously connecting them with the best establishments and events the city has to offer. Created by two recent college graduates originally from NYC, UniverCITY was started after its founders experienced that their peers were not being treated with the proper level of service by the brokerage community. We provide our clients access to the best apartment listings, connect them with their local neighborhoods, and help them through the search process from start to finish, allowing them to experience city life in a unique fashion once they've found their new home. Our goal is to show that finding an apartment in New York doesn't have to be painful or overwhelming, but with the proper guidance, it can be an easy, enjoyable, and exciting process.
