What Is United States Bowling Congress?

Bowling, Inc., located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is the management support agency that serves the nation's largest sports membership and governing bodies, the American Bowling Congress, the Womens International Bowling Congress, and the Young American Bowling Alliance. Bowling is one of the largest participatory sports in the United States and our membership numbers total at just over 4 million members. These membership bodies stem back to the start of the 20th century. In addition, Bowling, Inc. works closely with the Bowling Proprietors Association of America, a trade organization that represents about 65% of the bowling centers throughout the U.S. Bowling, Inc. also provides shared services to the sports national governing body, USA Bowling, an organization that supports world-wide championship bowling and works on the initiative of placing bowling among the sports that are competed at during the Olympic Games. Bowling Inc. designs, develops and implements services for the bowling membership and for the trade organizations. We put on major tournaments, events, and coaching programs nationwide, handle membership needs, process awards to members, mediate all rules issues, conduct industry research and handle bowling center certification...and the list goes on. BUT YOU DON'T HAVE TO BOWL TO WORK AT BOWLING, INC.!!! While many of our positions are very specialized and do require various levels of bowling background and knowledge, we also are running a business here!
